Construction and Fabric Options

Terry sarongs are woven on rapier looms using ring spun cotton, with the characteristic loop pile on one or both faces providing effective moisture absorption. Velour sarongs feature a sheared loop pile on the face, creating a smooth, velvety surface that photographs beautifully and feels exceptionally soft against sun-warmed skin. We offer both constructions in a range of weights and custom specifications:

• Terry sarong: Loop pile on both faces, 300 to 450 GSM, functional and durable for resort linen programs
• Velour sarong: Sheared smooth face, loop back, 350 to 500 GSM, premium look for retail and boutique hotels
• Jacquard sarong: Woven pattern on face using jacquard loom, ideal for branded resort collections and retail presentation
• Printed sarong: Reactive or pigment printed designs on velour base, unlimited colour and design options

Sizing and Customisation

Standard sarong dimensions are 100x160 cm and 100x180 cm, with custom sizing available to order specification. Hem finishing, fringe edges, and decorative borders are all producible in-house. For branded resort programs, we offer woven logo borders, embroidered labels, and custom folding and packaging including individual polybag and box presentation for in-room placement.

Hotel Pool and Resort Programs

We work with hotel procurement teams to develop pool deck and spa sarong programs that align with their brand aesthetic and GSM requirements.
